Lula's Death Certificate states that (a) she was 12 years old at the time of her death and (b) she was born and died on May 22, 1921. Obviously, one of the two is wrong. In this case, I think it is her birth date. First of all, the Death Certificate states that she was a "Housemaid," which means she was old enough to help out around the house and, secondly, if she were 12 years old, her birth date would be 1909, which was only two years after her parents were married. For that reason, I have proceeded to say that her birth date is ABT 1909.
UPDATE: Her tombstone has her birthdate as January 4, 1908. I have used that.

From a transcription of a cemetery visit on May 28, 2011:
Now if you go back and look at that, Deb, you’ll see something interesting. The last four names I’ve given you have all died in 1921. What it is is that the J.M. Seabolt and the Edna Seabolt are the Mom and Dad and the Lonard and the Lulie were kids and they all died of Typhoid Fever within about three months of each other. The son died on April 1st and the Dad died on April 4th, the Mom died on May 18th, and the daughter died on May 22nd. I remember when I found their death certificates I was looking around and saying something looks weird about this and then I realized that, wow, they all died in 1921 and I started looking and they all died of Typhoid Fever.

It appears that many members of this family died in a relatively short timeframe from Typhoid Fever. A son, Lonnie, died on April 1. He was only a few days old. His father and the head of the household, Jason Marion, died on April 4, 1921, at 53 or so years old. His wife, Edna Davis, died on May 18, 1921, in her late thirties. Jason and Edna's daughter, Lula (or Eulah), died on May 22, 1921, at about 12 years old.
