Rebron's Death Certificate is rather unusual. First of all the name is barely legible, and, but for the names of the mother and father and the dates of birth and death (all of which match the information on Rebron's tombstone), I'm not sure I would have determined that this was, in fact, Rebron's Death Certificate. On top of all that, the name appears to be "Obie," while the stone very clearly states his name to be Rebron. (I have no evidence that a twin was involved, so I can only gather that this "Obie" is "Rebron."
Secondly, the location of death seems to have been marked over.
Thirdly, the cause of death has been very purposely scratched out.
And, finally, the "contributory" cause of death is shown as "Mother had fall day before child was born."
