Primary Notes:	Peary was actively involved in his family history, and I have a lot to thank him for. His second wife, Elasta Jane Vincent, gave me what was left of his materials, and I am slowly but surely trying to put them into this database to share them with everyone. In looking through his records and notes, I can only imagine that he was a very interesting, very intelligent, and very curious man. I wish I had known him in life rather than through what he left behind.
