Her name is, indeed, listed as Elastie Vincent on both certificates.

Death Notes:	She passed away at the home of Gray Vincent, her son. BROWNSVILLE, Ky.- Elasta Jane Vincent, 99, of Brownsville died 4:50 AM Nov. 11, 2011 at her son's home in Bee Spring. The Edmonson County native was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove United Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Meredith York Vincent and Emily Whobrey Vincent and the wife of the late Clyde Jennings Vincent, the late Cliffie Kinser and the late Peary Vincent. Sh...e was preceded in death by two sons, Granville Vincent and Terry Kinser. Funeral will be at 1:00 PM Monday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial in Vincent Cemetery. Visitation will be Noon-8 PM Sunday and after 9 AM Monday at the funeral home. Surviving are four sons, Gray Vincent and his wife, Ann and Riley Kinser all of Bee Spring and Ronald "Bandy" Vincent and his wife, Marlene and Larry Kinser and his wife, Glyfada all of Brownsville; a stepson, Billy Kinser and his wife, Mary of Louisville; a daughter-in-law, Nina Vincent of Brownsville; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; and 3 step grandchildren

There is a story that I want to tell you about real quick. Bonnie Vincent Hazelip, my Grandmother, was a very devout General Baptist and her sister, Lasty Jane, married a guy named Peary Vincent. Peary was a Missionary Baptist. So, one day Bonnie goes down to see Lasty in the country, and Peary and Bonnie got into a fight about the fall from grace. According to Peary, who was a Missionary Baptist, a person could not fall from grace once they had achieved it. Bonnie thought decidedly different. And so, Lasty had to call my Mom and her sister, Faith, to come get Bonnie from the country and take her back to Louisville before she had even spent the night. That happened some time around 1975 – 1980. Probably around 1980. The kicker to the whole story is that Peary and Lasty Jane had baked a big old ham to take to a homecoming the next day and they didn’t offer Bonnie anything to eat even though they knew Bonnie loved ham. Bonnie thought that it was quite unmannerly and ungracious not to feed her when she had traveled so far to be there. So says Vickie about August 13, 2008.
