Death Notes: Adalene's Death Certificate states that she had Bronchial Pneumonia for one day (although seems like it would have been one month) and Tuberculosis for two years. Note that she died in 1917, a year in which there was a terrible influenza outbreak that killed many, many people across the world. Her Death Certificate No. is 32626. Also, note that her Death Certificate states her name as Adeline, while her tombstone shows it as Adalene.

Burial Notes: As a matter of fact, the picture at the top of the stone, looks like a bunch of beautiful houses and some very serene scene. Actually, it’s a castle that has three turrets, one towards the lower left, one intermediate in the middle and one tall one almost in the center. Then, on the side, there is like a stone gate that runs around and trees or something in the background. On the left side looking at the stone, on the left hand side looking at it from the front, there is an engraving of a five-star flower with four leaves coming out of the bottom. It is obviously a Lilly. Five petals and four leaves, at the top. And the same thing is on the right side looking at it and the same thing on the back of the stone. It is the same pattern on all sides except for the front.
