Birth Notes: The year of Easter's birth is taken from Ladonna Estes's Descendants of Francis Vincent, which I obtained from Cindy Vincent in 2008. The state of her birth was taken from Ladonna's work as well as Meredith York Vincent's Family History Recordbook, page 21 of Tim Bratcher's PDF. The Death Certificate for her daughter, Jane Vincent, states that Easter was born in South Carolina.

Meredith York Vincent's Family History Record book states that Easter was born in South Carolina, was of Irish descent, spoke English, was a Baptist, died of "old age and dropsy," had no education, worked at "house keeping," and is buried "on Nolin River" "near 2 miles from mouth of Nolin River on the old farm with her husband Rubin Vincent." There is also an annotation (added by an unknown person) that reads exactly: "According to legend Easter was part indian."
