Dicy was the mother of eleven children by two marriages. She was also the stepmother to four children Frank Lowe fathered from his first marriage. Frank's first wife and three of his four children with his first wife are unknown. His fourth child from his first marriage was Alice Lowe, and Alice is buried in Hunts Cemetery. (PV)
