Primary Notes:	In Norman Whobrey's pension application, his name is given as Fleming. Most records show him as Phlemon. I have gone with Phlemon. The 1920 US Census (in which Phlemon should be listed as a two or so year old boy) does not show Phlemon. Instead, it shows a two-year-old female (shown as Norman's daughter) named Clemons. I have no idea what this means, but I have presumed it to be Phlemon.

In Norman Whobrey's pension application, where he is listing his children, there is a statement that says, "The dates not given of birth and deaths above our house and record were all blown away by cyclone in 1902."

There is also a cryptic note that says, "We have forgotten children by second wife." Norman appears to have only been married twice. The first wife was Malinda Deweese and the second was Emer Daffron. The odd thing about this statement is that Esley, Bessie, Grace, Phlemon, Thurman, and May appear to have been the children of Emer Daffron, his second wife.
